Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide product and service information, assisting customers with selection and usage

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate or resolve complex issues

  • Stay up-to-date on product features, company policies, and industry trends

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices


Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or difficult situations

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
