Customer Service Associate (WFH)

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide product and service information, assisting customers with selection and usage
Resolve customer complaints and problems with empathy, patience, and efficiency
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate or resolve complex issues
Stay up-to-date on product features, company policies, and industry trends
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service procedures and practices
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or difficult situations
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
