Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunication role is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
