Data Clerk (WFH)

Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain records in databases and software systems.
Perform data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Verify data for accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies or errors.
Generate reports and data summaries for internal use and management review.
Assist in data analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as a point of contact for internal data-related inquiries and support.
Collaborate with departments to meet data needs and ensure smooth information flow.
Uphold data privacy and compliance standards across all records and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or clerical work is a plus.
Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with database software a plus.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
